President PPP Punjab Manzoor Wattoo has said that important political figures would join the PPP in Punjab. He was addressing a press conference at the Governor House along with three politicians from Bahawalpur who have joined the PPP after parting ways with the PML-N. According to him, the PPP would be strengthened further in Punjab with induction of new Governor.

Wattoo has also expressed the hope that the provincial government would also develop cordial relations with the new Governor Ahmed Mehmood. He said the Governor House would be second home of PPP workers and it would be a hub of political activities. The PPP would win next general elections, he added.
